Education Services Terms

Applicability: These Education Services Terms are subject to change at any time. The Terms existing as of the date of Customer’s executed Order are valid for and apply to the Education Services set forth in such Order. Upon execution of the Order, all fees are noncancelable and nonrefundable. 

Education Services 

The Education Services provided by The Pedowitz Group (TPG) include Instructor-led Courses and custom training materials. Instructor-led courses are either virtual or in-person. Course materials are for the specific use of class attendee(s) and are owned by The Pedowitz Group. Course titles and content are subject to change by TPG without notice. Recording of courses is not permitted. 

Public Education Courses 

Public courses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis either virtually or at a TPG training center. Pre-payment is required to attend a public course. A virtual course is exclusively for registered students; unregistered individuals may not view a virtual course at any time. Unauthorized recording, copying, or transmission of virtual course content is strictly prohibited. Students are responsible for meeting the minimum system requirements and other prerequisites to participate in a virtual course. TPG may cancel or reschedule a course at its discretion and will use reasonable efforts to notify registered students 3 business days in advance. TPG is not liable for travel-related expenses incurred by students, including in the event of course cancellation or rescheduling. An individual may reschedule their registered class within 5 business of registered class start. The reschedule date must be within two weeks of the original registered class If a student does not reschedule within the timeframe specified above or does not attend a course for which they are registered, the ability to reschedule is forfeited and the purchase considered fulfilled. Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable SOW, all public course seats will expire six months after their purchase date. 

Private Onsite Education Courses 

Private onsite courses are TPG Education courses delivered at the Customer’s location. Pre-payment is required for a private course. Instructor travel and expenses are billed to Customer separately and are in addition to the private course fee. A maximum of 15 students is permitted per course unless otherwise specified in an Order. Customers may reschedule the private course up to five business days before the event, provided that rescheduled dates have been agreed by TPG and are within six months of the SOW Date. If the event is not canceled by Customer within five business days prior to the event, the ability to reschedule is forfeited and the purchase is considered fulfilled; all travel and expenses incurred by TPG will be invoiced to Customer and payable upon receipt of invoice. Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable SOW, all private courses will expire six months after the purchase date. 

Private Virtual Courses 

Private virtual courses are delivered on Teachable.com, GoToTraining, or other platforms as needed. Pre-payment is required for a private virtual course. Unauthorized recording, copying, or transmission of virtual course content is strictly prohibited. Students are responsible for meeting the minimum system requirements to attend a virtual class. A maximum of 15 students is permitted per course unless otherwise specified in an SOW. Private virtual courses may not be viewed by more than the applicable number of students set forth in the preceding sentence. Courses may be rescheduled up to five business days before the event provided that the rescheduled dates must be agreed by TPG and within six months of the purchase date. If the event is not canceled by the Customer within five business days prior to the event, the ability to reschedule is forfeited and the purchase is considered fulfilled. Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable SOW, all private courses will expire six months after the purchase date.
